Booking & Reservations
Q: How do I reserve a rental?
A: You can book directly on our website, or call us at (770) 415-0669. A deposit may be required to secure your rental.
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, since our most popular items sell out quickly.
Delivery & Pickup
Q: Do you offer free delivery?
A: Yes! 🚚 FREE delivery, setup, and takedown are included for inflatable rentals within 20 miles of our Gainesville warehouse. Orders over $219 for tables, chairs, and concessions also qualify for free delivery.
Q: Do you offer customer pickup?
A: Yes! 🛻 Customer pickup is available for tables, chairs, and concession machines. Bounce houses and water slides must be delivered and set up by our team.
Q: What if I live outside the 20-mile free delivery area?
A: We still deliver! A small travel fee will be added at checkout based on your location.
Setup & Requirements
Q: Do you set up the rentals?
A: Yes, for inflatables we handle setup and takedown. For tables, chairs, and concessions, delivery is driveway drop-off only.
Q: What do I need to provide for a water slide?
A: You’ll need a standard garden hose that reaches the setup area. (Expandable hoses will not work).
Q: How much space do I need for a bounce house?
A: Each unit varies, but generally you’ll need a flat, open space that’s at least 2–3 feet larger than the inflatable on each side.
Weather & Safety
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: If rain is predicted on the day of your rental, you’ll have the option to cancel and receive a raincheck or reschedule at no extra cost. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Q: Are your rentals safe and clean?
A: Yes! We sanitize and inspect every rental before and after each event. All inflatables meet or exceed safety standards.
Pricing & Policies
Q: Do you match competitor’s prices or accept competitor’s coupons?
A: No. We do not compete with other local companies.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards and online payments.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Some rentals may require a deposit to hold your date. The balance is typically due at delivery.
Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: Please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule or issue credit toward a future rental.
