How do I reserve party rentals?

To reserve rentals, select your event date, choose your items, and complete checkout online at NorthGeorgiaPartyRentals.com. Your reservation is confirmed once checkout is completed and payment is received. You may also call or text (770) 415-0669 for assistance.


Are deposits and payments refundable?

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. This includes the initial deposit and any remaining balance.

If weather or unforeseen circumstances affect your event, you may be eligible for a raincheck or reschedule for a future date, based on availability.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout system.


What are your rental hours?

Our standard rentals are all-day rentals, typically from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Overnight and multi-day rentals are available for an additional fee and must be selected during checkout.


Do you deliver and set up rentals?

Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and takedown for our rentals.

✔ Free delivery on inflatable rentals within 20 miles of Gainesville
✔ Free delivery on tables, chairs, and concession orders over $219
✔ Delivery outside the standard service area may include an additional travel fee


What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Gainesville, Clermont, Murrayville, Dahlonega, Cleveland, and surrounding North Georgia areas. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us.


Do you offer customer pickup?

Yes. Customer pickup is available for tables, chairs, and concession machines.
For safety reasons, bounce houses, water slides, and inflatables must be delivered and set up by our team.


What do I need to provide for setup?

Please ensure the following are available:

✔ Flat, clear setup area
✔ Access to electricity (unless a generator is rented)
✔ A garden hose for water slides
✔ Adult supervision at all times


What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather conditions affect your event, you may cancel and receive a raincheck or reschedule for a future date, based on availability.

✔ All payments remain non-refundable
✔ Rainchecks may be applied toward a future rental
✔ Please notify us as early as possible if weather becomes a concern


Are your rentals clean and safe?

Absolutely. All equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before every rental. Safety and cleanliness are a top priority for our team.


What is your cancellation policy?

All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule or issue a raincheck for a future date, depending on availability and notice.


How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, and peak seasons. Popular items often book quickly.
