How do I reserve party rentals?

To reserve your rentals, select your event date, choose the items you want, and complete checkout online at NorthGeorgiaPartyRentals.com. Your reservation is confirmed once checkout is completed and the required Non-Refundable Deposit has been received.

Can I see pricing and availability online?

Yes. Our online booking system shows real-time availability for your selected event date. Once you enter your date, unavailable items are filtered out so you can view rental options that are actually available for your event.

Sometimes. Last-minute availability depends on your event date, delivery location, rental items, and our existing schedule.

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Do you deliver and set up rentals?

Yes. Our team provides professional delivery, setup, and pickup for inflatable rentals and other eligible event rentals.

Bounce houses, water slides, combo inflatables, obstacle courses, foam parties, tents, and larger event equipment must be delivered and set up by our team. This helps make sure the rental is placed correctly, secured properly, and ready for your event.

Is delivery included?

Local delivery, professional setup, and pickup are included for inflatable rentals within 20 miles of Gainesville on qualifying orders of $219 or more.

Some orders, locations, or rental types may require an additional delivery or travel fee. Tables, chairs, and concession machines may also be delivered when the order meets the delivery minimum or when delivery is selected during checkout.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Gainesville, Clermont, Murrayville, Oakwood, Flowery Branch, Lula, Dahlonega, Cleveland, Dawsonville, and surrounding North Georgia communities.

Delivery availability may depend on your event location, rental items, schedule, and order details. If you are outside our standard service area, contact us before booking and we can let you know if delivery is available.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Not always. If the setup location is clearly marked, the gate is unlocked, power and water are ready when needed, and we have all required setup details, we may be able to complete delivery without anyone home.

For parks, venues, schools, churches, tight spaces, or unusual setup areas, we recommend having someone available to confirm placement.

What do I need to provide for setup?

Please make sure the setup area is ready before we arrive.

For most inflatable rentals, you will need:

A flat, clear setup area

Full grass or an approved smooth concrete/asphalt surface

A clear path from the driveway or unloading area to the setup location

A gate or entryway opening of at least 4 feet wide

Access to a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet for inflatables or powered equipment

A connected water hose ready for water slides, dunk tanks, or water-related rentals

Adult supervision while inflatables are in use

We do not set up inflatables on dirt, gravel, loose rock, mulch, or rough uneven surfaces. We also cannot move inflatables up or down stairs.

For parks, venues, schools, and churches, please confirm power access, water access, setup rules, generator needs, and any insurance or approval requirements before your rental date.

Can rentals be set up at parks, schools, churches, or venues?

Yes, many of our rentals can be used at parks, schools, churches, venues, and community events, but every location has its own rules.

Some locations require advance approval, proof of insurance, a generator, a specific setup area, or restrictions on stakes, water access, or inflatables. Please confirm your location’s rental rules before booking.

Do you offer customer pickup?

Yes. Customer pickup is available for select items such as tables, chairs, and concession machines.

Pickup items are placed outside or out front for convenient pickup and return. Customers are responsible for loading, securing, returning, and unloading customer pickup items.

For safety and setup reasons, bounce houses, water slides, combo inflatables, obstacle courses, tents, foam parties, and larger setup items are not available for customer pickup. These rentals must be delivered and set up by our team.

Do you set up tables and chairs?

No. Tables and chairs are delivery and pickup only.

When tables and chairs are delivered, they are dropped off to a driveway, garage, carport, or approved ground-level area. Customers are responsible for setting up tables and chairs before the event and breaking them down after the event.

Tables and chairs must be stacked and ready for pickup in the same ground-level delivery area unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

Can tables and chairs be delivered inside a venue, upstairs, or down a hill?

Standard table and chair delivery is ground-level delivery only. We do not carry tables and chairs upstairs, downstairs, through long indoor routes, across steep hills, or into difficult-access areas unless special arrangements have been approved in advance.

Payments, Deposits & Weather

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout system. A credit or debit card is required at checkout to reserve your rental and pay the initial Non-Refundable Deposit.

Any remaining balance may be paid by card, cash, or Venmo before or at delivery.

Are deposits and payments refundable?

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. This includes the Non-Refundable Deposit due at checkout and any remaining balance paid toward the rental.

If weather or unforeseen circumstances affect your event, a raincheck or reschedule may be available for a future date based on our policies, timing, and availability.

Why is the deposit non-refundable?

The Non-Refundable Deposit reserves your selected rental items for your event date and removes them from availability for other customers.

This helps us protect the schedule, equipment, delivery route, and staffing needed for your rental.

What is your cancellation policy?

All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Depending on the situation, timing, and availability, we may be able to issue a raincheck or move your rental to a future available date.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If weather may affect your event, please contact us as early as possible.

Inflatables should not be used during unsafe weather, including lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, or severe storms. If weather conditions are unsafe, we will review the situation and discuss available options based on our weather policy.

Rainchecks or reschedules may be available for a future date, based on timing and availability. All deposits and payments remain non-refundable.

Can bounce houses or water slides be used in wind?

Inflatables should not be used when wind conditions are unsafe. Wind can create serious safety concerns, even when the weather looks clear.

If winds become unsafe during your rental, stop use immediately and keep all guests off the inflatable until conditions are safe. Adult supervision is required at all times while inflatables are in use.

Rental Timing

What are your standard rental hours?

Our standard rentals are all-day rentals, typically from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Overnight and multi-day rentals may be available for an additional fee and must be selected during checkout when available.

Can I rent items overnight or for multiple days?

Yes. Overnight and multi-day rentals may be available on select items for an additional fee. These options must be selected during checkout when available.

Multi-day rentals are popular for holiday weekends, family gatherings, school events, church events, and larger celebrations.

Will my rental be delivered exactly at 10:00 AM?

Not always. Standard rental time refers to the rental window, but delivery and pickup times may vary based on the delivery route, event location, rental items, and schedule.

Our team coordinates deliveries so rentals are set up in time for the event based on the details provided during booking.

Safety, Cleanliness & Setup Requirements

Are your rentals clean and inspected?

Yes. Our rentals are cleaned, inspected, and prepared before each event.

We focus on clean, high-quality equipment and professional setup so your rental looks good, works properly, and is ready for your guests.

Are bounce houses and inflatables safe?

Bounce houses and inflatables are safest when they are professionally set up, used in proper weather conditions, placed on an approved setup area, and supervised by adults at all times.

Guests should follow posted safety rules, avoid rough play, and use inflatables with children of similar size and age when possible.

Does an adult need to supervise the inflatable?

Yes. Adult supervision is required any time a bounce house, water slide, combo inflatable, obstacle course, or other inflatable rental is in use.

The supervising adult should monitor the number of riders, weather conditions, safe play, and make sure guests follow the rental rules.

Can inflatables be set up on a sloped yard?

Inflatables need a mostly flat setup area. A slight natural slope may be acceptable in some cases, but steep slopes are not safe for inflatable setup.

If your yard has a noticeable slope, send photos before booking so we can help determine whether the setup area may work.

Can inflatables be set up on dirt, gravel, or mulch?

No. We do not set up inflatables on dirt, gravel, loose rock, mulch, or rough uneven surfaces.

Full grass or an approved smooth concrete/asphalt surface is recommended for inflatable setup. Dirt and gravel areas can create safety issues, damage equipment, and prevent proper setup.

Can inflatables be set up on concrete, asphalt, turf, or indoors?

Inflatables are typically set up on full grass or an approved smooth concrete/asphalt surface.

Concrete, asphalt, turf, gym floors, indoor setups, and other non-grass surfaces must be discussed before booking so we can confirm whether the surface, access, and anchoring requirements will work.

Can inflatables be moved through stairs, narrow gates, or tight access areas?

No. Inflatables cannot be moved up or down stairs.

The delivery path must be clear, safe, and accessible from the unloading area to the setup location. Gates and entryways must have a minimum opening of 4 feet wide.

If your setup area has stairs, a narrow gate, steep hills, tight turns, long carrying distances, or difficult access, please contact us before booking. In some cases, the rental may not be able to be delivered or set up safely.

Do I need power for an inflatable?

Yes. Most inflatables require a standard electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup area. The blower must stay plugged in and running the entire time the inflatable is in use.

If power is not available, such as at a park, field, or outdoor venue, a generator may be required.

Do I need water for a water slide?

Yes. Water slides require a standard garden hose connected to a working water source. The hose should reach the setup area before we arrive.

Please do not use expandable pocket hoses. A standard non-expandable garden hose works best for water slide rentals.
